Meet Molly

I’ve always believed that strong communities are built by people who show up for one another. That’s one of the reasons I’ve spent the last decade looking for ways to give back to the community that’s given so much to me. Whether serving on the Hampton School Board, volunteering on local boards and committees, supporting local nonprofits, or helping bring people together through community events, I’ve always looked for ways to get involved. The more I’ve served, the more I’ve realized that good leadership starts with listening. Seeking the opportunity to serve at the state level isn’t a new direction for me; it’s simply the next chapter in a commitment I’ve been making for years.

Outside of public service, I’m a small business owner, and some of my favorite conversations happen while talking with customers, employees, neighbors, and friends. Every day, I meet people working hard to build a life here: parents juggling busy schedules, young adults wondering if they’ll ever be able to afford a home, retirees worried about rising costs, and employers trying to take care of their teams while navigating an increasingly challenging economy. Those conversations have taught me as much as any committee meeting ever could. Most people aren’t looking for political theater. They’re looking for someone who will listen, do the homework, and focus on solving problems that make everyday life a little better.

My work in business and local government has shown me how connected our challenges really are. Strong public schools create opportunity and help build the workforce our economy depends on. Affordable housing helps families put down roots and gives businesses the employees they need to grow. Thoughtful planning, responsible budgeting, and reliable infrastructure strengthen communities for the long term.

I believe government should invest thoughtfully in the things that matter most, be transparent about the results, and always be willing to learn and improve. That’s the approach I’ve tried to bring to every board I’ve served on and every business I’ve built, and it’s the approach I’ll bring to Concord. I’m running for State Representative because I believe New Hampshire should continue to be a place where people can build a good life through hard work, strong communities, and opportunity.
